Consideration was given to an updated Procurement Strategy originally approved by the Cabinet on 7 September 2005. It was noted that a number of procurement related documents had been revised to reflect the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 and the associated policies were appended to the updated Procurement Strategy so that they were all included in one document and reflected the Council's current key priorities.
The Cabinet resolved that the updated Procurement Strategy set out at the Annex to the report be adopted.
Reasons: As set out in the report of the Management Team.
